I purchased this lovely cherry wood Jensen Spinning Wheel D-30---with 30” wheel---a few years ago at Michigan’s Spinning and Weaver’s annual fiber festival. Unfortunately this Spinning Wheel hasn’t been used much to do the busyness of my life. However, when I was able to fit on some spinning time, I found that this Jensen Wheel provided amazing control over the tension of my ply. I loved the sock yarn I spun on this wheel.
Two years ago my late husband became critically ill and passed away. Now I’m moving and can’t take this wheel with me. So, sadly it needs a new home.
In addition to the Wheel, it includes four bobbins---one purchased as an extra, bobbin caddy---purchased separately and made from different colored wood, flax distaff, and wheel oil.
I would prefer a local pick-up in the Des Moines, IA area, but will consider shipping it if someone is willing to pay for the shipping and packing costs.
