The bag is in fair to good condition. All zippers work. However, it has a few small holes in its mesh side bags, some staining, three missing rhinestones, and about 8 to 9 inches of the inside lining has come away from the side seams.
I’ll include a small package of craft rhinestones if you would like to replace the ones that are missing. The package is sealed so don’t know if the exact same size, but they are similar.
Since shipping would probably be almost as much as the bag itself, I am open to local pickup.

I am the second owner of this wheel, its probably less than 10 years old but I can’t say for sure. It’s a great spinner, it just doesn’t get any love at my house between my other two wheels. Dark finish (I think it’s the walnut), double drive with scotch tension option, single treadle, comes with lazy Kate, 4 bobbins, original threading hook and two whorls. Drive band could stand to be replaced, but the cotton band I have on there now will work for you in a pinch.
Full disclosure: the woman I bought it from didn’t disclose some cosmetic issues it has, so please read fully, see the photos, and be aware. These issues are all just cosmetic and have not impacted the spinning in any way. They could probably be repaired/concealed by a motivated person, but I couldn’t be bothered to do it myself. There are scratches on the treadle consistent with regular use. One of the whorls had a run in with a teething puppy (this whorl is cheap to replace if this bothers you, I think its like 10$ on the woolery). The hub has some gouges where it looks like whoever assembled it originally dinged it up with the axle- these aren’t terribly visible unless you’re looking for them, as they sit behind the very pretty wheel supports. Happy to provide more pictures if requested.

Flyer arms can be repaired or replaced. I see Bobbin Boy does not charge much believe $50 is what he has listed. You would have a beautiful marked wheel.
