This double drive wheel from New Zealand has lots of its original paperwork, including the serial number form which matches the inking on the underside of the spinner.
The bobbins are still shiny and the scotch tension conversion kit was never used. Comes with a total of three bobbins and three whorls (one bobbin and whorl installed)
The only issue I had was the footman wants to rub on the back leg when it is at the height of its motion. Either sanding the footman or pulling the metal pin that hold the leg and reset it will solve the issue if it bothers you.
