I’m a brand new spinner, I’ve only owned my Minstrel for about 5 weeks, and while I love it, I’ve discovered that I can’t do the double treadle. I have bursitis in my right hip and treadling with it for any length of time is agony. I’ve decided to sell my Minstrel so that I can buy a Polonaise.
I bought the wheel from a dealer, it was her floor sample. It has the clear finish and is in perfect shape, no dings or chips that I can find and I’ve looked it over carefully. I’d like to get $575.00 for it. It comes with all the original items, 3 bobbins and oil as I haven’t had time to collect any extras.
The yarn on the bobbins is not included, it will be removed.
I live in Caldwell, ID and I don’t want to ship, so local pickup only. I will drive a few hours in any direction from my house to meet you if need be.
